Meek Mill Arrested for Reckless Endangerment in New York City

On Media Outlook News: Meek Mill was arrested Thursday night (Aug. 17) on 10th Ave. and Dyckman in New York City for reckless endangerment, according to the NYPD DCPI. He’s being held at the 34th precinct before being transferred for arraignment downtown.

His arrest was triggered after he was seen on Instagram the day before doing wheelies on bikes and quads while riding through the 34th precinct without a helmet, violating traffic laws and posing a danger to the community, a sergeant at the DCPI tells XXL.

Footage of Meek’s arrest surfaced soon after, and it finds a cop asking Meek if he was “riding around on a motorcycle yesterday.” The officer continues, “I got video of you.” See the footage below, complete with a Tee Grizzley soundtrack.

Meek is performing on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon tonight. He recently released his Wins & Losses album.
