Fredo Santana dies: Rapper who appeared in Drake video passes away age 27, friend reports

On Media Outlook News:  American rapper Fredo Santana, real name Derrick Coleman, has died at age 27, a close friend has said. Record producer and rapper Maxo Kream reported the news on Instagram with a picture of Santana and the caption: “Damn man I’m lost for words right now I’m cryin my ass off Fredo I love yu B***h RIP a real Savage.” There is no official confirmation of his death at this time.  Santana is best known for his appearance in the video for Drake’s “Hold On, We’re Going Home”, in which he played a man who kidnaps Drake’s onscreen girlfriend. Drake paid tribute to Santana shortly after Kream broke the news, sharing a picture of the two together with the caption: “Rest in Peace Santana”. “Tough decisions:” 9 MCTS bus routes being eliminated due to budget cuts

On Media Outlook News:  MILWAUKEE -- Bus route cuts are coming to the   Milwaukee County Transit System (MCTS) . Nine routes are being eliminated this year due to cuts in the county's 2018 budget. At the Milwaukee County Board's transportation meeting on Wednesday, Jan. 17, the impending bus route cuts were a concern for frequent riders. "I'm out there every day. Matter of fact, I can call bus drivers by name," said one bus rider. "I'm only one part of the public, but I'm speaking for quite a few people." The changes come as the country struggles with nearly $900,000 worth of cuts in the system's 2018 budget. It is a move that got the green light from the transportation board last year. "As we look at a nearly million dollar cut, some tough decisions had to be made," said Brendan Conway, MCTS spokesman. The nine routes in jeopardy are all considered low performing. Man Tried Running Over Girlfriend Twice for Withholding Sex

On Media Outlook News: A Louisiana man is being charged with attempted first degree murder after attempting to run over his girlfriend with his car early Sunday morning. WAFB-TV 62-year-old Benjamin Blount of East Baton Rouge, LA tried running over his girlfriend and her three children because he was upset she withheld sex from him. After telling Blount she wasn’t in the mood for intercourse, he allegedly proceeded to choke her. When she escaped the apartment unit and waited in the parking lot of a restaurant with her three kids to hail a ride, she said he got in his Chevrolet Silverado and tried to run them over…twice. The man claims the entire ordeal was an attempt to prevent his girlfriend from taking the kids outside into the cold. Target Launches All-Inclusive Clothing Line

Since then, we’ve had the option of purchasing Joylab’s  A New Day, a fashion-forward and size inclusive clothing brand. Now, the brand has announced that soon-to-be release of Universal Thread, a clothing lines that merges size diversity and value. The clothing line, according to Refinery 29, the clothing line will launch next month. Items are available from $5 to $39.99. Target has been proactive about its in-house brands, ensuring that it represents a range of sizes from 00 through 26W. The media outlet reports that the clothing line will include an array of tops, dresses, accessories and shoes grounded in denim. On Media Outlook News:  After a nine-month stint at East Moline Correctional Facility in Illinois,   Kevin Gates   has been released on parole. TMZ reports that the New Orleans rapper was released on Wednesday (January 10), as scheduled, with no issues. Following his release, an Instagram post was uploaded to Gates’ account, which has been wiped clean of previous uploads. The image of white words on a black background simply read “I’M HIM.” As part of the reported conditions of his parole, Gates will undergo mandatory supervision and is not allowed to possess any firearms. West Allis police need help to locate 17-year-old girl missing since last week

On Media Outlook News:  WEST ALLIS — The   West Allis Police Department   is looking for your help in its search for a missing 17-year-old girl. A family member last saw Isabella Lopez on Friday morning, January 5th in the neighborhood of 62nd and Mitchell Streets. West Allis police have information that the girl was near Oakland and Kane on Milwaukee’s lower east side on Saturday morning, January 6th. Lopez is described as a female, Hispanic, 5’6″ tall, 150 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a black t-shirt, black leggings, a black coat and a pair of black “combat” style boots. Due to her age and possible medical conditions, Lopez was entered into the National Crime Information Center as a missing endangered juvenile. Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts or welfare of Isabella Lopez is asked to call the West Allis Police Department at  414-302-8000 .

Police: 2 shot, wounded near Teutonia and Atkinson in Milwaukee

Texas church shooting: Multiple casualties reported with Police and FBI on scene

On Media Outlook News:  SUTHERLAND SPRINGS , Texas (AP) -- Local news outlets report that several people have been shot at a Baptist Church in South Texas.                                                         ***Advertisement*** Television stations KSAT and KENS report that there are multiple victims and that there is a large police presence at the church in Sutherland Springs, which is 30 miles (48 kilometers) southeast of San Antonio. KSAT reports that two Airlife helicopters are also at the scene. A sheriff's department dispatcher says everyone is at the scene and unavailable to comment. KSAT has video of several fire and police vehicles at the church and a photo of a helicopter that the station says was arriving to take victims to hospitals.

Dwayne Chaney, convicted murderer on the run, possibly with 23-year-old woman

Amber Alert: Can you help? Milwaukee police ask for help in locating 16-year-old Claudia Scott

On Media Outlook News:  MILWAUKEE — Milwaukee police are asking for your help in locating an endangered missing 16-year-old girl. She is Claudia Scott. Officials say Scott was last seen in the neighborhood near 54th and Nash around 8:30 p.m. on Thursday, April, 20th. While she was reported missing in April, but police were alerted to something on Tuesday, May 23rd that caused them to up this case to a “critical missing.” Police are not saying what that something is. Scott is described as a female, black, about 5’8″ tall, weighing 130 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. Anyone with information that can help police locate Scott is asked to call MPD’s Sensitive Crimes Division at  414-935-7405 .

1 dead, 3 hurt in University of Texas stabbings

On Media Outlook News:  One person was killed and three were injured in a stabbing attack Monday afternoon on the campus of the University of Texas at Austin, officials said. Two of the students injured have been released from the hospital, university officials said. Earlier, officials had said only two people were hurt but UT-Austin police said later that three were wounded. Details on their injuries were not available. The suspect is a UT student and is in custody, campus police said. His possible motive is under investigation. In a message sent to students, faculty and staff, UT President Gregory L. Fenves urged them to support the victims and their families. "They are suffering, and we all must be there for them," Fenves said. The stabbings occurred near Gregory Gym. The first blast happened at a church in the Nile Delta town of Tanta, where at least 26 people were killed and 71 others wounded, officials said. Television footage showed the inside of the church, where a large number of people gathered around what appeared to be lifeless, bloody bodies covered with papers.
