Infant death investigation underway on Milwaukee’s north side


On Media Outlook News: MILWAUKEE — Milwaukee police are investigating the death of an infant on the city’s north side.
Police were called to a home near 12th and Center around 1:30 a.m. The baby boy was dead when officers arrived.
Police have not made any arrests in this case.
No additional details have been released — including the cause of death.

PILSEN — An early-morning hit and run crash in Pilsen last week startled neighbors, who said they were yet to figure out who owned the car that was damaged. Arturo Valle, who lives near 19th Street and Racine Avenue, said the crash happened at 4:35 a.m. on Jan. 26. "It woke up everyone in the building," he said. In a video of the incident caught on a security camera and posted on Facebook, a dark-colored Jeep headed south on Racine can be seen blowing through a stop sign at 19th Street. One fired, two suspended after armed workers photo surfaced

On Media Outlook News:  A   controversial photo showing men working   for the city brandishing a gun has cost one man his job.  Two more workers are also facing punishment. The city summoned the company to meet with them to discuss the photo Tuesday.
