Bucktown Shooting Wounds Man, 29, Police Say


CHICAGO — A 29-year-old man was shot in Bucktown early Sunday, according to police.
The man was in the 2200 block of North Ashland Avenue at 5:07 a.m. when he got into an argument with a man he knows, said Officer Michelle Tannehill, a Chicago Police spokeswoman.
The second man pulled out a gun and shot him in the leg, Tannehill said. He was taken to Illinois Masonic Hospital, where his condition was not released but police considered him to be stable.
No arrests have been made.
