On Media Outlook News:  MILWAUKEE --   US Marshals   on Monday night, October 23rd arrested Dwayne Chaney, four days after authorities say he cut off his GPS bracelet during his own murder trial. He was arrested on Milwaukee's northwest side by US Marshals, officials with the Milwaukee County Sheriff's Office, the Milwaukee Police Department, and the Wisconsin Department of Justice's Division of Criminal Investigation. Officials tracked him after a foot chase and perimeter search. Chaney was found guilty in the November 2015 homicide of Michael Prescott on Friday, October 20th. ***Advertisement*** While on trial and out on bond on Thursday, officials say Chaney cut off his GPS, and was at large. Community organizers are expecting the crowds to grow from the estimated 500 teens last year, who came from neighborhoods across the South Side to hang out together on the safer confines of 53rd Street. Trump tweeted shortly after Myeshia Johnson, the widow of Sgt.
